Appreciate the quick answer and flexibility for my oil change. It was an urgent matter that was resolved.
The service was supposed to take 1-1,5 hours so I decided to wait there. It took 3,5 hours, because of a software update that needed to be done. I was not informed of the recall or software update in the beginning of the appointment, if I knew I wouldn't have waited there. After the service, inside the car smelt so bad like burned oil, I had to drive with open windows for a while. Other than that service was fine. It would be nice if the dealer had a car wash service.
