I found the sales staff to be knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. I would recommend this dealership. I had one point of confusion, which was handled to my satisfaction. Negativity, I have difficulty getting a return phone call which I find frustrating.

This service department is always courteous and they seem to do their best to keep to appointment times. Service for me has always been quick, service guys are polite and willing to answer questions if I have any. The waiting area is pleasant and accommodating.

A saleman was out and greeted us and directed us to the front door. I had a pre approved loan and after looking over this loan, the manager offered me a better interest rate. I like the fact that I was offered on the first day and opportunity to test drive. I was even given a box of Krispy Kreme donuts on the day I picked up my car

I had a really great experience at Hyundai today. My salesperson, Albert, was amazing from start to finish. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was, and he respected both. He never tried to push me into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, and he worked with me to make sure I stayed within my price range. Albert was also very attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure I had water and gum, rode along with me, asked questions to understand what I actually wanted, and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of stressful or pressured. Management was just as helpful and professional, and Chris B. in finance was great as well. Everyone worked together to make sure my needs were met and that I felt comfortable with the deal. I really appreciated the honesty, patience, and customer service. Albert truly did his thing, and I would definitely recommend him and the team to anyone looking for a vehicle.
