My car wasn't actually serviced the way instructed from the night drop. Then the service manager, when I tried to explain, got a slight attitude about the situation. It wasn't for my salesman, who he pawned me off on, who figured it out, I still wouldn't know what to do or how to get it fixed.

Hyundai experience was excellent in that they took care of my vehicles with no problems. I expected it to take longer than 2 months but was very surprised at how quickly they took care of it! So far all is great with the vehicle! My associate handling communication s with me and dealership was not very informative. He repeatedly said he would call me, never did. I called weekly checking on my vehicle. He was always short and brief when we spoke. Not very informative. Other than that, i would definitely recommend Southern Hyundai to my friends!

I keep getting the answer that they can’t replicate the issue, therefore they can’t do anything. They don’t even try any diagnostics that make sense to even try to delve in and solve the problem. At one point they almost gave me back our year old car that had just overheated saying there were no problems. Cars don’t overheat for no reason. Three issues like this and all three were treated the same.

5 It got my car working again at the time, and the steering wheel was no longer tight. Most of all I liked that I could use the aux and USB port now

I requested information, got contacted very quickly and next thing I know I was at the dealership. LaMar was excellent! He listened to what I was looking for, came back with options, and worked with me to get to where I needed to be at. Sierra took care of F&I and she was super kind, sweet, and made sure I left happy and taken care of. Excellent experience overall and definitely will recommend to anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

I prefer Jeff when I need my car serviced. I think he is very knowledgeable, direct and I appreciate the humor he will throw in from time to time. I can tell he tries to work with the financial aspect of his customers as car services can get costly and this particular visit, he and my insurance company worked flawlessly to get my car fixed fast and affordable to me.
